No voluntary refunds
Prepper Radio Canada does not provide voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, credits or prorated reimbursements beyond rights provided by applicable law. The Canadian Basic Amateur Radio Course for Preppers is delivered digitally, and access begins after payment is confirmed.
The course provides 180 consecutive days (six months) of access beginning when payment is confirmed. Students may view the lessons, graphics, quizzes and assessments during that period. Course completion, examination results, a change of mind, lack of time or equipment, failure to use the material, or obtaining similar material elsewhere does not create an additional voluntary refund right.
Quebec cancellation rights
Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation, reimbursement or other remedy required by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or another applicable law. Where Quebec rules governing a service contract for instruction or training apply, the consumer may cancel the course contract by sending written notice to Prepper Radio Canada.
- If cancellation occurs before we begin providing the course, or within the statutory period after the parties receive a copy of the contract, no cancellation charge or penalty applies where the law so provides.
- If cancellation occurs after course access has begun and after the applicable statutory period, the consumer may be required to pay for services already provided, calculated as required by law, plus only the cancellation charge permitted by law.
- Any balance legally owing to the consumer will be returned within the period required by law.
Course access normally begins immediately after payment is confirmed. The amount payable or refundable following a statutory cancellation therefore depends on the date of purchase, the date the notice is sent, the portion of the six-month service period already provided and the rules that apply to the transaction.
How to send a cancellation notice
Send a written cancellation notice by email to info@prepperradio.ca or by mail to Prepper Radio Canada, 4416, chemin du Lac-Gratten, Rawdon, Quebec J0K 1S0, Canada. Keep a copy and proof of sending.
Your notice should include your full name, account email address, mailing address, order or PayPal transaction number, purchase date, course name and a clear statement that you are cancelling the course contract.

Billing and access errors
If you believe the same purchase was charged more than once, or payment was completed but course access was not added to your account, contact info@prepperradio.ca. We will investigate and correct a verified duplicate charge or account-access error. Do not send your password, full card number or banking credentials.
Technical problems
If a technical problem prevents access, contact us so that we can diagnose and restore the service. Temporary maintenance, browser settings, internet-service interruptions, incompatible personal equipment or a correctable account issue do not create a voluntary refund right, but they do not remove any remedy required by law.
Coupons and promotional pricing
Coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or account credit. If a coupon was not entered or accepted before checkout was completed, promotional price differences will not be reimbursed retroactively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
